Refund Policy

At Bymee Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund, a credit note, or an exchange, under certain conditions detailed below.


1. Return period

You have a 14-day period from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
Beyond this period, no returns will be accepted, except in the case of a defective product.


2. Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging (intact and complete);

  • The product must show no signs of wear, dirt, or damage;

  • The return must be made within 14 days following receipt of your package.

Used, opened, or damaged products after receipt cannot be refunded.


3. How to initiate a return

For any return request, please contact our customer service at:

Please indicate:

  • Your order number,

  • The reason for the return,

  • And, if applicable, photos of the received product.

After review, our team will send you a return authorization number (RA) as well as the instructions to carry out the return.


4. Return costs

  • The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return results from:

    • a mistake on our part (wrong product or variant sent),

    • or a defective or damaged product upon receipt.

In these cases, Bymee Cosmetics will cover the return costs or offer an appropriate solution (refund or replacement).

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the proper receipt of your return.


5. Defective products or order error

If you have received an item:

  • defective,

  • damaged during transport,

  • or not matching your order,

please contact us within 48h after receiving the package at support@bymeecosmetic.com with photos as evidence.

After validation, we will send you a return number and you can choose between a replacement, a credit, or a full refund.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days after receipt.

  • The product to be exchanged must be new and unused.

  • We offer exchanges only for items of equivalent value.

  • If the desired item is more expensive, the price difference will be your responsibility.

  • The return shipping costs related to an exchange are also the responsibility of the customer (unless our error).


7. Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products,

  • Personalized or limited edition products,

  • Items on promotion or sale,

  • Hygiene products such as already opened lip plumpers for sanitary reasons.


8. Restocking Fees

All returns (except defective products or shipping errors) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, intended to cover inspection, restocking, and packaging costs.

These fees can be waived in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt;

  • An item error was made during order preparation.

Each request is examined on a case-by-case basis.


9. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you by email of the approval or refusal of your refund.

  • If your return is accepted, the refund will be made to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days.

  • In case of refusal (used, damaged, or incomplete product), the return will not be refunded and the product may be sent back to you at your expense.

Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on our website.
